Refund Policy

Doppel Trends, the seller of the products covered by this policy, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Doppel Trends Pro Pass subscription or a Single Trajectory Research Report, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow the refund instructions for your order, or reply to your Paddle order receipt email. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

You may cancel the Doppel Trends Pro Pass at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Canceling a subscription stops future charges — if you also want a refund for the most recent charge, request it within the 30-day window above.

When a refund is completed, the associated access is revoked: Pro Pass features are locked for subscriptions, and the unlocked place report is re-locked for refunded one-time purchases. Paddle's handling of refunds is described in the Paddle Refund Policy.
